radioFuture LLC products are shipped using either courier (US orders) or US Postal Service (international orders).  Shipping and Handling charges include all shipping costs and paperwork necessary to process different shipment methods.

Risk of Loss – US Shipment: radioFuture bears all risk of loss when shipping to an US address.

Risk of Loss – International Shipment: The customer bears all risk of loss when shipping internationally by US Postal Service.  To minimize the risk of loss, ask for courier shipment (at additional cost) if you place an international order. If a product is lost in transit when shipped by USPS, radioFuture LLC will issue a lost package inquiry with USPS. We will ship a replacement product on client request after a 6 week waiting period after a USPS lost package inquiry. There is a US$50 flat replacement fee for lost packages.

Customs Fees and Taxes:  The customer agrees to pay all customs charges and taxes.  Any parcel sent for which such fees are not paid will be abandoned. 

Customs Delays: All international delivery times are approximate, assuming there is no delay in Customs.  If Customs intercepts a package it is not possible to predict how long the package will be delayed.
